【摘要】 以槲皮素为模板分子,邻苯二胺为功能单体,采用循环伏安法制备了槲皮素分子印迹薄膜修饰电极,并将其用于槲皮素的检测.在HAc-NH4Ac缓冲溶液(pH4.0)中,以微分脉冲伏安法为电化学激发信号,槲皮素在0.37V(VS.SCE)处产生一个灵敏的氧化峰,峰电流与其浓度在8.00×10-8~1.00×10-3mol/L范围内呈线性关系,实验检出限为5.00×10-8mol/L.将新方法应用于2种银杏叶类药物中槲皮素的测定,回收率在99.2%~102%之间. 更多还原


【Abstract】 A electrochemical sensor of Quercetin was prepared based on the molecular imprinting technique, Quercetin as the template molecules,o-pheny-lenediamine as a functional monomer.As molecular imprinting film of Quercetin,poly-o-pheny-lenediamine was coated on the surface of graphite electrode by cyclic voltammetry.A sensitive oxidic peak of Quercetin was observed at 0.37 V(VS.SCE) on the sensor by differential pulse voltammetry in the buffer solution of HAc-NH 4 Ac (pH 4.0),and its peak current was linear with the concentration over the range of 8.00×10 -8 ~1.00×10 -3 mol/L,with a detection limit of 5.00×10 -8 mol/L.The new method was applied to the determination of Quercetin in two Ginkgo biloba drug with the recovery rates ranging from 99.2% to 102%.
